TNI Professionals LLC operates an ecommerce business offering technology related products and services, including computer hardware, electronics, software, licenses, accessories, and related products. Products may be supplied from inventory maintained by TNI Professionals or fulfilled by authorized third party distributors and suppliers.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, current, and accurate information when creating an account, requesting a quotation, or submitting an order. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

TNI Professionals makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, photographs, manufacturer information, pricing, and availability. Certain product information may be provided by manufacturers, distributors, data providers, or other third parties.

Actual product appearance, packaging, specifications, or manufacturer revisions may differ from website information. Customers should verify critical technical requirements and compatibility before purchasing.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the applicable products. Receipt of an automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

TNI Professionals may verify payment, availability, pricing, shipping information, fraud indicators, purchasing restrictions, or other information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

If payment has already been collected for an order that TNI Professionals subsequently cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Prices are subject to our Pricing Disclaimer. Pricing and availability may change, and errors may occasionally occur. TNI Professionals reserves the right to correct obvious pricing or system errors before completing an order.

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments, approved purchase orders, and other payment methods presented during checkout or approved for a business customer.

Certain approved business customers may be eligible for commercial payment terms, including Net 15 or Net 30 arrangements, subject to separate credit approval and written terms. Customers authorize TNI Professionals and its payment service providers to process applicable charges associated with authorized purchases.

Customers are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, or similar taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate has been submitted and accepted where applicable.

TNI Professionals uses a mixed fulfillment model. Products may be stocked directly by TNI Professionals, fulfilled by a distributor, shipped directly from a manufacturer or supplier, or fulfilled using another authorized third party logistics provider. Products included in the same order may arrive in separate shipments.

A shipping label or packing slip may sometimes identify an authorized fulfillment partner.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by inventory availability, carrier operations, supplier fulfillment, weather, address verification, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When legally required, customers will be notified of significant shipment delays and provided applicable cancellation or refund options.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Certain categories, including activated digital licenses, opened software, special order items, clearance products, and final sale products, may not be eligible for return.

Software products, electronic licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, and other digital products may be subject to additional manufacturer or publisher licensing terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility requirements before purchasing.

Once a software license, activation key, subscription credential, or similar digital product has been delivered, disclosed, downloaded, registered, or activated, it may not be returnable or refundable except where required by law or expressly authorized by TNI Professionals or the applicable publisher.

Products may be covered by warranties provided by the applicable manufacturer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TNI Professionals does not create an additional manufacturer warranty. Customers may be required to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions eliminates any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

TNI Professionals may verify customer identity, billing information, shipping information, payment authorization, and other information before fulfilling an order. Orders reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity may be delayed or cancelled.

Website content, including TNI Professionals branding, logos, graphics, text, website design, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to TNI Professionals and may be protected by intellectual property laws. Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, product images, and other third party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers may not use the website to conduct fraudulent transactions, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, violate applicable law, or infringe intellectual property rights.

Certain aspects of the website or transaction process may rely on third party payment processors, suppliers, distributors, carriers, hosting companies, and other service providers. TNI Professionals is not responsible for third party systems or services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TNI Professionals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products purchased through it. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

TNI Professionals will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, cyber incidents, widespread network failures, or similar events.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the TNI Professionals Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, legal proceedings concerning these Terms and Conditions or transactions with TNI Professionals will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts having jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois.

TNI Professionals may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Revised Terms and Conditions will apply when the updated version is posted, subject to applicable law.
